Fun in the Sun and Fun on Sunday

Isaac and Mama at Playa Canelillo. We have been having fun in our beautiful summer time weather lately.
Isaac was a really good sport about being buried in the sand. I don't think he knew the big dog was behind him! He does look cute enough to eat! Our kids are pretty much the same color as the sand in Chile.
Kate wanted me to take her picture and I said "no." And she said, "Well, how about if I do this face, then will you." How could I resist.
Anna loves to come home from church. She has such a sweet smile and is smiling more everyday. She gained a whole kilo in one month, that's 2.2 pounds I think. She is so fun.
This is Kate and Isaac right before the primary program started. Kate gave a scripture in spanish and did a really great job. Isaac held up a picture of Nephi during "The Golden Plates" song and he did great too. They both got up with the primary kids and sang the songs too. They didn't know the words, but they smiled really big. They made matching ties for all the primary boys and matching headbands for all the girls. It was really cute.
Shonn's boss came to a party at our house this last weekend and brought this GIANT flower arrangement. It was so beautiful and really thoughtful. Everyone here is so kind to us. We really love living here.

Oh my gosh! Those flowers are incredilbe! Kate and Isaac look so cute with their tie and headband. Anna has the sweetest smile. I see that the dress is green now. It is so cute! Isaac is adorable in the sand! I love it! You all look so happy, that makes me feel good.

Ticia! How cute is that picture of Isaac in the sand??? VERY CUTE! And I love the picture Kate wanted you to take. That cracks me up. Yes, you can't resist (and I don't think you're supposed to, not when they're so clever about it!). Our primary program is this week. Do you think Mitch is going to get up and say his five lines? NOPE. If he does, Brent and I will be shocked silly and will have to be hospitalized. Mitch is so stubborn. I highly doubt he'll even sing the songs, much less sit on the stand with the other kids. At our stake conference a few weeks ago, one of the speakers asked all the primary-age kids to stand. What do you think Mitch did? Stand? No. Stay seated on his chair? No. He slipped to the floor to do the exact opposite! So yea, this Sunday should be fun... :)
