New Year's Eve 2007 in Vina del Mar was an awesome experience. We sat right on the beach and watched an amazing fireworks display out over the Pacific Ocean. It was beautiful and it was fun to see how the Chileans ring in the New Year. We went with Shonn's co-workers, Cristobal and Emely. We parked at Emely's Aunt's home. They were very kind to us and adored the kids. We had a lot of fun and it was worth the all night drive back to Santiago.
Isaac was a little bit tired waiting for the fireworks to start at midnight. At about 10:30 pm he said, "hey Mama, how 'bout you just take me back to our car?"
You can see that Kate loved to "look" at the fireworks, but thought they were a little too noisy
Our spot on the beach was perfect for seeing the fireworks all up and down the coast in Valparaiso and Vina del Mar.

Oh my cuteness! I love Kate holding her ears! It looks like it was pretty cold. Looks like a blast! I love the Christmas pictures too. Isaacs rollerblade p0icture is a classic and I love little Annas smile in the jammies picture. Oh I can't wait to see them! (AND YOU :)
