This is Dr. Waldo Sepulveda holding little Anna. He was the OB/GYN that delivered her. He was very flattered to have his picture taken with her. He said he was not used to holding little babies and was a little nervous. We thought it was kind of funny considering his profession. He was a really good doctor and took really good care of Ticia and Anna for 9 months
